1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CamoHelper, including the desktop application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using CamoHelper. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CamoHelper.

2. Service Description

CamoHelper is a real-time AI-powered interview assistant desktop application. The Service captures audio from your microphone and system audio, transcribes conversations using speech-to-text technology, detects interviewer questions, and generates suggested responses using artificial intelligence models.

The Service is designed to be used as a preparation and confidence tool to help users during interviews. CamoHelper may also provide screen analysis capabilities, resume parsing, and job description summarization as part of its feature set.

CamoHelper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using CamoHelper, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify CamoHelper immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

Each individual is permitted one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts. CamoHelper reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at its discretion.

5. Payment, Credits, and Refunds

CamoHelper operates on a credit-based system. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Credits are purchased as one-time transactions and are consumed as you use the Service.

Credit System

One credit provides 30 minutes of session time. Credits are deducted at the start of each 30-minute block during a session. Purchased credits never expire and remain available in your account until used.

Pricing

Current credit packages are as follows:

• Basic — $24.99 for 6 credits (approximately 3 hours of session time)
• Plus — $49.99 for 16 credits (approximately 8 hours of session time)
• Pro — $74.99 for 30 credits (approximately 15 hours of session time)

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our third-party payment processor. CamoHelper reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits are not affected by pricing changes. We will provide reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting us at support@camohelper.com. Refunds are available regardless of whether credits have been used. All refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Free Tier

Every CamoHelper account receives one free 10-minute session. No credit card or payment information is required to use the free tier.

Free sessions are subject to a 15-minute cooldown period between sessions. The free tier is provided to allow users to evaluate the Service before purchasing credits.

CamoHelper reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time without prior notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. When using CamoHelper, you must not:

• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access the Service through your account
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or usage limits implemented by CamoHelper
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission from CamoHelper
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other programmatic means to access or interact with the Service

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

CamoHelper uses artificial intelligence models to generate suggested responses during interviews. It is important to understand the following:

• AI-generated responses are suggestions only and should not be treated as definitive or authoritative answers
• The Service does not provide professional, legal, career, or any other form of specialized advice
• There is no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, relevance, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content
• AI models may produce inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content
• CamoHelper does not guarantee any specific interview outcome, job offer, or career result

You are solely responsible for how you use, adapt, and deliver AI-generated responses. You should always exercise your own judgment and verify any information provided by the Service before relying on it. CamoHelper assumes no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Audio and Data Processing

CamoHelper captures and processes audio in real-time to provide its core transcription and AI response functionality. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Audio from your microphone and system audio is captured and streamed to third-party speech-to-text services (Deepgram) for transcription purposes
• Audio data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored by CamoHelper
• Transcript data may be temporarily stored during active sessions to provide service functionality
• AI response generation involves sending transcript context to AI model providers (OpenAI) to generate suggested responses

10. Intellectual Property

CamoHelper and its original content, features, functionality, branding, and design are and shall remain the exclusive property of CamoHelper and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your own content, including resumes, personal information, and any other materials you provide to the Service. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use in connection with the Service. No ownership of the underlying AI models or technology is transferred to you.

You may not use CamoHelper's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of CamoHelper is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully before using CamoHelper.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the application settings.

CamoHelper reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. In the event of a serious or repeated violation, CamoHelper may terminate your account without offering a refund.

Upon voluntary termination by you, any unused credits in your account will remain available for 30 days from the date of termination. After this 30-day period, unused credits will be forfeited.

CamoHelper may discontinue the Service entirely with at least 30 days notice to users. In such an event, CamoHelper will make reasonable efforts to provide refunds for unused credits.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CamoHelper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Interview outcomes or hiring decisions
• Decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability
• Failures or outages of third-party services, including speech-to-text and AI model providers

In no event shall CamoHelper's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to CamoHelper in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CamoHelper, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you provide to the Service, including resumes and personal information

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the convenience of the forum.

16. Changes to Terms

CamoHelper reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or by posting a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
